Appointment & Booking Policy
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits will be applied toward your total service balance on the day of your appointment.
Appointments are confirmed only after the deposit has been received.
We kindly ask all clients to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment to ensure the best service experience.
Deposit Policy
- All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Deposits reserve your artist’s time and appointment slot.
- Failure to show up for your appointment will result in loss of deposit.
- If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit may be forfeited.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We respectfully require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may result in loss of deposit.
- Same-day cancellations and no-shows will forfeit the deposit.
- Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule appointments may be required to pay a new deposit to rebook.
Consultation Policy
Consultations may be recommended before certain procedures, especially for:
- Previous permanent makeup/tattoo work
- Color correction cases
- Mole or skin tag appearance reduction services
- Clients with sensitive skin or medical concerns
Photos may be requested before booking to help evaluate suitability for the procedure.
Previous Permanent Makeup Disclaimer
Clients with previous brow tattooing or permanent makeup may not be candidates for certain techniques such as Nano Hair Strokes or Microblading.
Old pigment, scar tissue, or previous saturation may affect healed results. Additional correction sessions or removal/lightening procedures may be recommended before new work can be performed.
Results may vary depending on skin condition, previous work, lifestyle, and aftercare.
Healing & Results Disclaimer
Permanent makeup is a multi-step cosmetic process. Healed results will vary for each client based on:
- Skin type
- Age
- Lifestyle
- Medications
- Sun exposure
- Aftercare compliance
Uneven healing, fading, or color changes may occur and are a normal part of the healing process.
Touch-up appointments may be recommended to perfect the final result.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of permanent makeup and cosmetic tattoo services:
- All services are final.
- No refunds will be issued for completed procedures.
- Dissatisfaction based on personal preference is not eligible for refunds.
Our goal is always to provide the highest quality service and client satisfaction.
Health & Safety Policy
Your safety is our top priority.
We follow strict sanitation and hygiene procedures, including:
- Single-use disposable needles
- Barrier protection for equipment
- Hospital-grade disinfectants
- Licensed and health-inspected procedures where required by law
Clients experiencing illness, infection, open wounds, or certain medical conditions may need to reschedule their appointment.
Pregnancy & Medical Conditions
Permanent makeup procedures are generally not recommended for clients who are:
- Pregnant
- Breastfeeding
- Undergoing chemotherapy
- Taking blood-thinning medications
- Experiencing active skin conditions near the treatment area
Please consult your physician if you have medical concerns prior to booking.
Cosmetic Mole & Skin Tag Appearance Services Disclaimer
Services related to moles or skin tags are cosmetic in nature only.
We do not diagnose, treat, or remove suspicious lesions, skin cancers, or medical conditions.
Clients with abnormal, painful, changing, bleeding, or irregular skin lesions should seek evaluation from a licensed physician or dermatologist before scheduling cosmetic services.
A consultation may be required prior to treatment.
Photo & Video Release
Photos and videos may be taken before, during, and after procedures for documentation and marketing purposes.
Client privacy is respected at all times. Images will only be used with client permission whenever required.
Age Requirement
Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive permanent makeup services.
A valid government-issued photo ID may be required at the appointment.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including but not limited to:
- Unsafe or inappropriate conditions
- Medical contraindications
- Aggressive or disrespectful behavior
- Unrealistic expectations
- Failure to follow pre-care or aftercare instructions
Aftercare Responsibility
Proper aftercare is extremely important for healed results.
Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided after the procedure. Failure to follow aftercare guidelines may affect retention and final results.
